Will the free tools stay free?
Yes. Every poster and image tool, PDF and ZIP downloads stay free, with no watermark and no sign-up. Pro adds AI image sharpening downloads, removes ads and speeds up Gallery review.
Does the 7-day pass renew?
No. The 7-day pass is a one-time payment and ends after 7 days. Only the monthly and yearly plans renew.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Open your account page and choose “Cancel renewal”. Pro stays active until the end of the period you already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not automatic. If you were charged twice, renewed by mistake or hit a technical problem, email [email protected] with your account email and we will review it. This does not limit your legal rights.
Are taxes included?
Prices are in USD. Stripe adds any tax that applies where you live and shows the final total before you pay.
Does Pro upload my images?
No. With or without Pro, your images are processed in your browser and never uploaded. Only Gallery photos you choose to submit are uploaded.
Can I switch plans?
Plans don’t switch in place. Cancel renewal and choose another plan when the current one ends. A subscription can’t be started while a 7-day pass is active, and a pass can’t be bought during a subscription.
